1. A Personalized Digital Product

The Expert Freedom Playbook is a personalized digital report generated from your EMI Quiz results and the answers you provide after purchase. Because it is custom-built for you and delivered electronically, all sales are considered final once your Playbook has been generated and emailed, except as described below.

2. Our 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the value of your Playbook. If you are not satisfied, email us within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a full refund of your $98 purchase price. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address you used at checkout.

3. After a Refund

If a refund is issued for any reason, including a chargeback, your license to use the Playbook and any related materials is immediately terminated.

4. What Is Not Refundable

Requests made more than 24 hours after your Playbook has been delivered fall outside our guarantee window. Separate done-for-you build engagements are governed by their own agreements and are not covered by this policy.

The EMI Quiz, the Expert Freedom Playbook, and related materials are provided for educational and informational business purposes only. They are strategic recommendations, not professional, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and do not create any professional or fiduciary relationship.

2. No Guarantee Of Results

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, effort, and execution. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, income, or business outcome. Any examples, figures, or projections are illustrative and are not promises of results. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.

3. Purchases & Payment

The price of the Expert Freedom Playbook is shown at checkout and processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. License & Intellectual Property

Your Playbook and all content we provide are the property of Freedom Builderz and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use your Playbook for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish it without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, fraudulently generate multiple Playbooks, or use the Services in violation of any law.

6. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Builderz and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom Builderz from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court and not on a class-wide basis, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any permitted court action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

11. SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive account, order, and marketing text messages from Freedom Builderz. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
